This pillar is consists of 23 benchmarks, which 5 benchmarks had to be completed by the end of the fiscal year 2018. 4 benchmarks are fully completed, and in one benchmark there have been no improvements. 18 benchmarks will be completed through the course of the fiscal year 2019.

(It should be noted that the 4 benchmarks included in the second pillar of the previous strategy, were removed from the revised version of the strategy. With the previous four benchmarks, the number of benchmarks in this pillar becomes 27. Those removed benchmarks were being already completed. The current strategy has 23 benchmarks in the pillar 2.)

This pillar is consists of 11 benchmarks, which 3 of them had to be completed by the end of the fiscal year 2018. All 3 are fully completed and 8 benchmarks will be completed through the course of the fiscal year 2019.

This pillar is consists of 19 benchmarks, which 6 benchmarks had to be completed by the end of the fiscal year 2018. 4 benchmarks are fully completed, 2 benchmarks are half completed and 13 benchmarks will be completed through the course of the fiscal year 2019.
